MISSIONS AND MAIN ACCTIVITIES:

1. Manage communication externally and internally for the innovation initiatives

2. Support the operation of the innovation initiatives

3. Support the initiatives with internal process (contract and procurement, finance...)

4. Manage the reporting of the financial results

5. Support the HoD and team activities management (meetings, workshops)

6. Manage the office administration



KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED:

1. Good ability of supporting and adaptability

2. Initiative and good communication skills

3. Strong coordination and organization ability

4. Have experience for assistant position

5. Fluent English in oral and writing, it's better to understand French, good MS Office skills
