The client is a start up company in non-standard automation equipment industry focus on electronics and automotive industry

• Create the standard design process for the new team

• Build up the design team and responsible for the concept design for the customized equipment

• Train the design team to achieve the company target and improve design capabilities

• Evaluate the design quality, make sure it meets customer requirements

• Be the technical contact window between customers and internal stakeholders

• Support the production and project implementation

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar

• Experience with non-standard automation equipment design in automotive and electronics industry

• More than 5 years experience in a leadership position

• Good and logic communication, English is a plus

The candidate can work as a professional manager with a agreed package or can join as technical partner for the start up company.
