In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

Develop and implement Philips’ counter trade shopper promotion activities in a solid manner for the best quality and efficiency for Department Store channel.
Align with product managers and account sales very frequently to pursue teamwork-to-win result.
Keep tracking and analyzing sales numbers, post analysis and product demand forecast.
Support operation & demand of Department Store on daily basis.
Support and assist Channel/Account Managers and visit to trades, develop and structurally manage approved tailor-made campaigns under the agreed spending
Support and assist Channel Sales to strengthen and/or develop business relation with customers and enhance their satisfaction in trading with Philips.
Facilitate sales target achievement via effective promotion campaign
Support Marketing and product strategies and consumer campaigns and provide constructive feedback to Marketing after consolidation within Sales department
Develop attractive in-store POSM and maximize activity effect under reasonable spending
Develop and execute trade marketing strategy and business plan and dedicate on continuously improving way of working
You are a part of

Key professional talent under Personal Health business of Philips Taiwan, with major focus on develop and implement trade shop marketing tasks for Department Store channel. You will direct report to Sales Head base in Taiwan office.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor degree holder or above.
Minimum 6 years in MNC with rich experience in Sales & Trade Shop Marketing area, from Department Store background & channel is highly preferred.
Integrity with customer first mind-set.
Proficiency in planning and analyzing.
Detail oriented, patient and passion for innovative materials.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent English and Chinese Language skill is required
