Department Trainee 

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Must greet all guests with warm and natural standard at every guest contact point.
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
• Monitor guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests satisfaction is being achieved through guests’ recognition and prompt cordial attention.
• Support operations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.
• Interact in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.

• 在每一次与客人接触时，必须热情和自然地称呼，向客人问候。
• 履行被分配的职责，尽自己所能提高工作效率。
• 不断监控对客服务水平，通过客人的认可及热情，确保任何时间都能最大限度地令客人满意。
• 支持营运并且协助完成团队成员和顾客满意的目标。
• 运用积极的方式与团队成员互动来确保奢华的顾客体验。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Full-time diploma degree or above
• Graduation from Hotel Management, English related professional
• Good English language skill
• Active in dealing with problems, and positive working attitude

• 全日制大专（含）以上学历
• 酒店管理、英语、文秘相关专业
• 良好英文水平
• 积极应对和解决问题，保持良好的工作状态
