Job Description

Job Descriptions

1. Support department head in daily administrative work, including: word-processing, monthly report, filing and mailing marketing publications, etc.

2. Up-date the client database in both SAP & SALESFORCE system.

3. Travel support on visa application, flight/hotel booking, transportation arrangement, etc.

4. Working closely with team and be proactive.

5. Complete other tasks given by supervisor.

Qualification

1. At least 1 year relevant working experience.

2. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills, good Japanese is a plus.

3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, SAP, Salesforce with detailed and clear work plan.

4. Be punctuality during working-hours.

5. Responsible, initiative, self-motivator with excellent service attitude.
