YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Deployment Technical Lead, are to: 

• Participate as a member of the Global Deployment Leadership Team;
• Responsible for direct technical project support to manage risk at all phases of the SPI portfolio process, from risk identification, through mitigation, communication, and collaborator confirmation;
• Independently investigate and promote internal and external opportunities to identify and implement technical strategies for increased profitability while mitigating risk across production;
• Demonstrate innovative mindset by fostering an environment of predicative, integrated solutions which deliver on commitments to positively impact the broader business;
• Own cross-functional stakeholder engagement to refine project scope, expectations, define resource needs, and budgetary impact and potential benefit;
• Apply technical expertise to execute reliable projects, align stakeholders and deliver deployment process activities to sustain SPI Projects;
• Drive application of Project Management and Risk Management principles;
• Operate as an experienced leader who is self-motivated, highly organized and possesses proactive problem-solving skills;
• Own high impact, high risk projects for impacting overall SPI Organization;
• Be responsible for cost saving target defined by leadership team for SPI.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. with 10 years’ experience;
• Operations experience including project metric ownership, project risk evaluation/resolution, and project implementation/launch;
• Excellent communication – oral, written, and team work skills within a diverse organization;
• Track record of successful project delivery and technical group engagement preferably in a technology environment;
• Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the overall business objective delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in project delivery, business or technical related field;
• Project Management Professional certification;
• Five years of People Leadership experience.

Domestic relocation may be provided for this role.
