The successful candidate will be responsible for managing depot repair operation both optical and electrical repairs on laser, as well as maintaining facilities / equipment to run report repair centers in Asia. This role will play an important role in manage team members activities on routine work. This position will work closely with Customer Support Team (Service Team & OA), Technical Support Team, Logistic Team and outsourced 3PL WH vender. Meanwhile keep close communication with TBUs in Europe and US on depot repair perspective covering depot spare parts supply, trainings and technically supporting needs from overseas.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage team ( direct and indirect) to provide qualified depot repair support to the customer;
2. Manage depot repair ( both own depot and outsourced Casix depot ) performance to meet KPI
3. Make and maintain depot centers budgets and capacity
4. Repair data collection and analysis
5. Work with OA, Finance, GLS to support Coherent service strategy in each market
6. Drive standard KPI across different depots centers and own the depot KPIs
7. Acts as communication point for between Asia and TBUs in Europe and US for all technical and business related questions
8. Organize regular depot review meetings with related parties and drive for continue improvements
9. Keep good communications with other functions (field service, Sales. TBUs, Order Adm. and logistics etc.)

Requirements:
1. 10 years’ experience in similar position with a multinational
2. Bachelor Degree or higher in a scientific, technical, or photonics related field or equivalent experience
3. Prior experience in Lasers or Electro-Optics is advantageous
4. Prior experience in facilities / utilities (electrical power, chiller, water piping, compressed air,) is preferred
5. Good organizational and problem solving skills
6. A good team player with senior manager, field services, sales, Oder Adm. etc.
7. People management experience
8. Fluent English communication skills, both at oral and written
9. Computer literate.
