Responsibilities 职责

• Prepare monthly management accounts and its supporting schedules
  准备每月月结管理账目及及财务报表
  
• Responsible for financial planning & cash flow management and budgeting
  管理财务计划，现金流及预算
  
• Oversee the daily accounting operation of the company in full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company
  管理财务日常运作
  
• Handle and oversee consolidation accounting with NC system and Consolidation system
  利用NC系统及合拼系统处理合拼报表
  
• Preparation of mid-term and year end audited statutory accounts and liaise with both Chinese and Hong Kong auditors
  准备中期报告及年度报告，并负责与内地及香港审计师沟通
  
• Prepare the Management report with simplified Chinese
  撰写简体字版的财务报告
  
• Handling ad-hoc projects if required
  其他临时项目/任务
  
• Occasionally travel is required
  或需要到外地公干
  

Requirements 入职要求

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines, a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA) is preferred
  会计或相关学位, HKICPA, ACCA 优先考虑
  
• At least 5 years' relevant accounting experience
  至少5年会计/财务经验
  
• Solid PRC exposure, China background or state-owned enterprise experience is preferred
  有内地工作经验, 中资背景及国有企业工作经验者优先
  
• Knowledge in taxation of Hong Kong, China or other countries is a plus
  了解香港税务及内地税务
  
• Familiar with accounting operation, accounting and auditing procedures and management
  熟悉财务日常运作,审计流程及财务管理
  
• Familiar with financial reporting and oversea investment reporting procedure of SOE , SASAC(國資委)  and NDRC (發改委) is an advantage
  熟悉财务报告及海外投资流程, 例如SOE , SASAC(国资委)  and NDRC (发改委)
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  能用中文简体打字并能够撰写中文报告
  
• Good at typewriting with simplified Chinese directly is preferred
  流利的普通话, 英文及广东话及书写能力
  
• Immediate available is an advantage
  即时上班优先
