Job Description

Duties:

  • Support Private Bankers in providing administrative support and updated market information to clients
  • Handle independently on clients’ enquiries, requests and instructions, and daily operations, such as collect documents for Account opening, maintain proper documentation such as KYC, filing and so on
  • Work closely with internal departments in monitoring the entire trade processing, including system input, settlement arrangement, clients confirmation and remittance 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with 3 years’ front line banking experience in Wealth Management
  • Good understanding in financial industry and products
  • Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and handle high pressure; Proven organizing skills with strong attention to details
