1. Fluency in one of the following: English/French/Russian/Spanish/Portuguese/Serbian
2. Able to use as work language, draft legal documents, business negotiations

1. Legal profession background, full-time undergraduate degree or above, passed judicial examination or hold international lawyer qualifications;
2. Have more than 8 years of legal experience in mining, smelting and processing, manufacturing or other related industries is preferred;
3. More than 3 years of experience in leading legal teams and have successful legal practice results;
4. Experience in legal management of large multinational enterprises is preferred. 5. Have good team management, communication and coordination skills.

1. Responsible for the international legal affairs of the company's overseas operations, compliance risk control, cross-nation research, international relations, dispute management, etc.;
2. Responsible for the follow-up, guidance and response to overseas litigation and arbitration cases of the company;
3. Conduct research, dynamic information collection and case review on the laws of the countries where overseas operations are located;
4. Provide law-related training to overseas enterprises of the group company or other departments of the company;
5. Participate in inspections, legal audits or on-site support for overseas enterprises of the group company;
