This world-renowned retail brand is seeking a Senior Legal Director to cover its operations in the Greater China region. Report directly to the General Counsel, you will lead a small team of professionals to provide legal advice and support on marketing matters, innovative channels, digital compliance, litigation, and government investigation. Ideally, you are PRC and Common Law qualified with over 12 years’ PQE of handling commercial law with an MNC and an international law firm. Experience in a management or leadership role is highly desirable. A good team player with multicultural experience, as well as a strong understanding of retail industry operations is preferred.
