Job Description

Department: General Administration Department

Responsibilities

  • Assists the General Manager to supervise General Administration team as focal contact to communicate with the headquarter.
  • Supports the overall administration management activities, formulates business plans for the function and monitors proper implementation of the plans.
  • Directs and coordinates the administrative services safely and efficiently and ensures services are delivered in compliance with confidentiality policies. Services include office management, record management, internal circulars, company seal keeping, welcoming visitors, meetings and events organization, emergency and time management.
  • Responsible for developing the guidelines and procedures for General Administration Department.
  • Liaises and coordinates with administration functions with headquarter to ensure branch policies and practices in comply with the corporate requirements.
  • Advises to the top management on related issues to General Administration Department.


Requirements

  • University degree or above in business administration and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years or above experience in banking experience in sizable financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong and mainland China financing market and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Putonghua and English.
