Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties while maintaining a highly responsive relationship to the directors.

2. Notes commitments made by directors and arranges for staff members to represent organization at conferences and meetings.

3. Establishes appointment and invitation priorities.

4. Edits outgoing correspondence for directors' approval and advises the writer regarding departure from policies or directors' viewpoint.

5. Summarizes the content of incoming materials regarding gathered information or meetings, and draws attention to important items.

6. Ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff members in the directors' absence. Keeps directors informed of important matters.

7. Prepares presentations into final slide and/or transparency form.

8. Arranges domestic and international business and travel schedules. Coordinates and processes visa and passport applications.

9. Evaluates, sources and implements office equipment and systems, keeping abreast of latest technologies.

10. Develops agendas and schedules meetings for various corporate and client visitations.

11. Maintains corporate documents and files.

12. Prepare and present financial analysis R&D / Purchase and Project office for the deputy GM

13. Moderate organizational process analysis in particular for R&D / Purchase and Project office and present results

Education & Experience

1.High Diploma / Degree and above

2.Above 5 years working experience in recent job role
