Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coordinate and support Board meetings, enactment of related documentation.

  • Business meetings arrangement, making meeting minutes, preparing relevant circulars and following up open points.

  • Follow up business projects initiated by Management Office.

  • Timely preparation of reporting and presentations assigned by Management Office.

  • Handle e-mail box for DGM such as draft or send the reply on behalf of Deputy General Manager.

  • To be translator/interpreter as work required.


资质要求

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in English or Administration Management.

  • Minimum 3 years related working experience within multinational company.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in MS-Office and Outlook operation skills.

  • High degree of initiative, flexibility and judgment, and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast changing and dynamic environment.

  • Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills and ability to interact tactfully with people at all levels.
