Responsibilities:
Prepare, coordinate and support Board meetings, enactment of related documentation.
Business meetings arrangement, making meeting minutes, preparing relevant circulars and following up open points.
Follow up business projects initiated by Management Office.
Timely preparation of reporting and presentations assigned by Management Office.
Handle e-mail box for DGM such as draft or send the reply on behalf of Deputy General Manager.
To be translator/interpreter as work required.
资质要求
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in English or Administration Management.
Minimum 3 years related working experience within multinational company.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS-Office and Outlook operation skills.
High degree of initiative, flexibility and judgment, and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast changing and dynamic environment.
Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills and ability to interact tactfully with people at all levels.
