About Our Client:

Our Client is a listed prestigious finance company. They are now looking for a high calibre to fill in their Management position.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee local branch business and develops vision and strategic plan to guide the Area Managers to achieve business target and grow revenue.

* Implement policies and procedures that affect the production of goods or services for Area and branches.

* Ensure all branches operate smoothly and expand brand portfolio.

* Approve loan applications in excess of Area Managers' and Brand Managers' lending authority.

* Carry out market research and examines the prevailing market environment.

* Be responsible for planning, implementing business strategy.

* Acquire brand new clients.

* Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree holder or above in Business Management or other related disciplines.

* At least 15 years’ relevant experience in lending industry and managing Branch operation P&L.

* Preferably from consumer finance industry.

* Able to multi-task effectively, detail oriented with strong management skill.

* Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
