1. Oversee the academic procedures of the school (registration, timetables, grades)
2. Academic planning
3. Supervise course syllabus and contents and make sure all accreditation standards are fulfilled( IGCSE, A level )
4. Organize and generate final grades, diplomas and transcripts
5. Oversee learning resources and materials
6. Plan extracurricular activities/ industrial visits/global study trips
7. Assist general management in: New study programs and curriculum development; Marketing and sales in relation to creating/improving programs based on demand; Transformation initiatives; Establishing relationships/partnerships with organizations worldwide (studentexchange, digital classroom alliances); Accreditation and membership processes
8. Settle meetings with students for academic advising when needed
9. Settle meetings with students for discipline related issues when needed
10. Resolve problems and issues related with students/student satisfaction
11. Settle individual meetings with faculty for academic-related issues when needed
12. Supervise faculty and their performance by assuring the quality standards
