Responsibilities:

Report to the Head of IT Department, including infrastructure management, IT risk, security and regulatory compliance management. Developing system managing strategies, data security and infrastructure operation, managing system resource allocation, system daily performance and disaster recovery strategies. Also, providing professional guidance and forward-looking opinions in cooperating relative regulatory agencies, internal and external auditing departments in HK to conduct scientific and technological audits, monitoring (including self-examination) communication; as well as closely contacting to the HK financial market, timely understanding the relevant technical policy requirements, and jointly evaluating the company's response strategies with other risk management departments to obtain industry information and achieve best practices.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer and/or Information Technology
• Minimum 15 years information technology experience, especially on infrastructure management (including the construction and maintenance of system, network and hardware), IT security and regulatory compliance management
• Must be familiar with infrastructure control, IT security and regulatory compliance management in financial or banking industry
• Excellent leadership, execution, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
