Annual salary: 500-700k before tax+ apartment/house allowance and other benefits.

Overview
The Deputy Head of Primary is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, bridging the
Primary School staff and the Head of School. This role encompasses both teaching and administrative responsibilities, requiring exceptional leadership, organizational, and
communication skills. The Deputy Head of Primary supports the effective daily management of the
Primary School (K–G5), fosters a positive learning environment, and ensures alignment with
the school’s philosophy, objectives, and global education model.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification or certification.
• Proven leadership experience in a primary or international school setting.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a similar
leadership role.
• Familiarity with international curricula
• Experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and team management.
