Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing effective project management and governance for key projects for cross-functional HRIS system and other HR projects/programs. This role ensures a standard, defined approach is used for key projects and monitors the execution of project tasks. He/she will partner with HR Managers & team members and share responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of on-time deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Human Resources directly and partner with HR Managers to ensure project delivery
- Be a key member of the HRIS system enhancement and project
- Participate into various tasks within the project scope including but not limited to system design, data preparation, UAT, liaison with vendors and user training etc.
- Control project scope, schedule and cost. Ensures that blueprint plan is being followed with each project and facilitate work sessions and key meetings
- Work seamlessly with competing priorities and stakeholder alignment facilitation
- Coordinate project changes or potential project changes to the baseline and ensure the approved changes are communicated and implemented
- Capture and communicate key lessons learned to project teams and business, and to effectively apply lessons learned in subsequent projects
- Work closely with the HR teams to ensure smooth implementation of other HR projects
- Undertake any duties as assigned by Supervisor(s) from time to time
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent education, preferably in human resources management or business related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in HRIS project management is an advantage
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other statutory legal requirements
- Strong initiative with a high sense of urgency, able to handle competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills – able to collaborate cross-functionally and be a good team player
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English & Chinese. Fair Mandarin is a plus
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing & other PC applications
Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
