Our client is a one of the leading real estate group in PRC with diversified business portfolios including residential, service apartment, retail, office, shopping mall and hotels in Greater China. They are looking for a Deputy Investor Relations Director to look after relationship with investors.

Job Descriptions:

• Formulate media strategies for PR /IR campaigns to build awareness of marketing image and branding
• Create and Formulate compelling presentations using sound industry knowledge, market trends
• Propose professional PR/IR solution for financial projects, according to business goal and marketing targets
• Build up sustainable business relation with clients for future cooperation
• Perform audience analysis and recommend optimized media solutions for clients
• Plan and execute IR programs, formulate and organize investor activities/events including investor meetings and corporate visits to ensure effective communicate with investors and equity/credit analysts
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal clients to complete project successfully
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for clients
• Organize and participate in PR/IR activities and in any ad hoc projects if necessary.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Finance, Business Studies, or other related disciplines
• 8 years or above of working experiences in Investor Relations
• Experiences in PRC Property & Real Estate or Property Management is preferred
• Excellent work planning ability, planning and execution ability
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
