Client Details 

Our client is a medium sized Hong Kong developer with diversified commercial assets across mainly Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for an experienced Deputy Leasing Manager, or an Assistant Leasing Manager if less experience, to take care their commercial portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned shopping mall
• Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
• Review and maintain a robust tenant database
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant retail leasing experience with other landlords or property agency, with leadership experience is highly preferred
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
