Ensuring continuous interaction with the clients to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels. Managing processes and monitoring the overall functioning of processes; identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. Mapping client’s requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with the guidelines specified by the client. Drive quality initiatives and process improvements. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Min 5 years team handling experience. Conducting one – on – one session for every quarter and updating on-going performance. Responsible for delivering as per the SLA’s laid down by the client and internally. Closing Monthly Performance banding. Closing annual appraisal. Assist in hiring new resources for the project. Participate in call calibration/conference call – internal and external. Share process updates/ discuss daily developments with team. Professional was written and oral communication skills (English) and to effectively communicate with team members and consumers. Strong Analytical skills. Good understanding of basic TL KPIs - productivity, attrition, shrinkage & adherence, accuracy, etc. Ability to take ownership of problems and take proactive action. Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent People management skills. Ability to effectively communicate information and check for understanding.
