Job Duties:

1) Negotiate with material suppliers & vendors to achieve competitive pricing and make margin targets.

• Collect, study, compare & analyze material suppliers & finished goods vendor quotations.
• Liaise with material supplies & vendors for price, service, delivery & quality.

2)     Manage flow of new designs from conception toproduct launch.

• Manage the new product development process & deliverables.
• Occasionally provide clerical support to the global Product Development
• Prepare and analyze reportingto monitor vendors’ product development performance.
• Work with cross functional teams in HK and around the world & deliver outstanding result   through team work and efficient communication.

3)     Manage special projects.

• e.g. Fast Track launches, Retooling projects, etc.
• coordinate internal and external parties to ensure all parties are involved and projects are on time 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement Management or related disciplines;
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement
• Familiar with eyewear products are high advantages
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong numeric sense and analytical thinking
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proactive and achieve goals under pressure
• Strategic thinking and mindset, willing to accept challenges
• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel, Chinese word processing, etc.
