Requirements:
1. English Native speaker

2. Educational background requirement: EdD (Doctor of Education) or PhD (Doctor of Philosophy).

3. Graduation from an Ivy League institution or a university ranked among the top 30 in the QS World University Rankings for either doctoral or master's studies; graduates from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, or MIT are given priority (priority is not given to non-degree or certificate programs).

4. At least 5 years of work experience in China.

5. Able to take up the post after the winter vacation (those who can start this year are preferred).
