Objectives:

According to the defined production processes and quality requirements, schedule and plans, following Company EHS guideline, properly operate the machines/ equipment and handle the chemical raw materials to fabricate the products that meet the requirements in quantity and quality schedule and process.

Main Tasks:

严格遵守和贯彻BACC及车间的安环保制度

正确处理突发意外事件。协助领班做好管理工作。努力实现LTI/PSI=0的目标

协助识别车间的作业风险并采取有效措施控制风险

正确使用并维护PPE，严格按照操作规程操作

做好包干区域的5S。巡回检查确保工完，料尽，场地清

确保车间废物废气废水排放符合国家法律法规

非日班期间，在领班休假期间，行使车间领班职责。

作为班组急救员，严格执行急救员职责，为急救箱保管人。在紧急疏散时，要求收齐车间的进出牌，点名并负责向当时的现场总指挥汇报。

上日班时检查紧急喷淋洗眼器是否正常。如有异常，及时汇报。

确保班组内部和外部的指令通畅

确保交接班顺利进行

搞好与其他班组的协作

确保领班的安排的准确执行

确保生产计划的及时完成

严格执行操作卡。如有异常现象，及时记录并及时汇报

在车间经理/主管/领班的协助下及时发现并解决问题

在车间巡查中检查各个控制点/记录

负责车间合成区域的工作。确保操作卡的准确，如实，完整填写

在车间巡查中检查设备状况并记录，及时与维修

指导操作工正确使用设备

正确填写和严格执行许可证制度，确保维修后设备的验收

掌握车间生产的产品工艺，生产及设备使用技术

作为合成工段的带教师傅，通过具体培训提高操作工的生产操作技能

Requirements:

Education:技校及以上学历

Working Experience: 5年以上生产经验,有生产一线管理经验为佳

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 具有染料生产的专业知识，掌握相关的技能，有化工操作高级工证书为佳
