MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To deliver exceptional customer service and drive the team to ensure that minimums are maintained across the store

• To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs

• To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation

• To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the GM to reach budget

协助店长一起完成销售业绩目标

• To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store

确保店铺的陈列标准的执行和维护。

• Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career

• At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry

  至少一年以上零售管理经验，在快时尚行业优先考虑

• Speaks English and Chinese, and College Degree above

  可以中英文沟通，大专以上学历
