We are currently helping our client to build its derivatives dealing business. To cope with our business expansion, we are now looking for a high-caliber individual to join our company as a Consultant on a freelance basis to fulfill our business needs.

Job Highlights

• Solid experience in daily operations and risk management of HKEx futures and options products
• Good knowledge in compliance and regulatory requirements in listed derivatives industry in Hong Kong
• Freelance, flexible Schedule, mostly work at home

Responsibilities :

 Act as a personal consultant to our company, a freelance position with flexible hours

• Assist us to develop Standard Operation Procedures, relevant policies and standards on derivatives dealing operations and risk management
• Assist us to develop Compliance Manual and a compliance checking procedure on derivatives dealing operations and risk management
• Assist us to develop CPT training manual for SFC license holders
• Handle our enquiries from us about questions arised from daily operations procedures and internal controls on ad-hoc basis
• Provide consultation to us on relevant SFC and HKEx regulatory and compliance issues on ad-hoc basis
• Communicate to us about relevant SFC and HKEx rules' regulatory changes from time to time

Requirements :

• Solid experience in daily operations and risk management of HKEx futures and options products
• Has been in a managerial role with strong risk control experience
• Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements in listed derivatives industry in Hong Kong
• Good knowledge in HKEx listed derivatives products and industrial procedures
• Familiar with DCASS operations
• Knowledge of global commodity business preferred
• Proactive, responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex matters both orally and in writing, in a clear, concise, complete, courteous, and logical manner
