Project Coordinator provides project management support in order to implement projects and to deliver projects within the established timeline. Project Coordinator is responsible to monitor the progress of a project toward achievement. Project Coordinator is a key member of the project team, and she/he participates in project development and facilitates communication of the relevant information to other teams involved and local markets.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

The objective of this role is to support global teams in the coordination of projects, acting as a support point between different teams - sales teams, trade marketing and product development/sourcing/factory.

Projects such as new openings and renovations, product launches, new GWP creation, new assets developed, marketing activities, co-branding assets, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project reporting - provide status reports of projects

• Monitoring the progress of the project making sure everything is executed with the given timeline and all teams involved are informed
• Update and maintain project files
• Coordination between Product Marketing team requirements and Retail/Sales/Trade Marketing teams on new projects development and assets creation
• Support in co-branding & collaborations initiatives with local sales managers
• Create and adapt marketing and sales presentations
• Support in sales trainings
• Set up best practices to maximize efficiency across Global Retail teams
• Communicate with sourcing and logistic team
• Prepare information and documents for internal weekly meetings and document key decisions from meetings
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar role, retail industry background is preferred;
• Proficient in oral and written English;
• Well organized, can-do attitude, willing to learn and challenge;
• Good at cross-function communication, project management, event management;

• Experience of working with designers is a plus;
