Position Description: Lenovo is hiring an UX, UI Designer to support the R&D projects and add business value to the Customer Experience. Also, our Designer will collaborate to deliver proof-of-concept projects and support the Program Managers' projects. #### Position Requirements: • Ability to manage multiple tasks, define and monitor results in progress; • Experience in Agile methodology ceremonies, SCRUM meetings; • Experience in writing user stories and related agile artifacts; • Planning and tracking issues, using JIRA; • Documentation of projects using confluence; • Work closer to PO , sponsors and clients • Knowledge in the process of developing software, applications, and systems architecture; • UI/UX expertise on frameworks with good knowledge on mockup preparation • Solid knowledge UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, etc; • Design navigable wireframes and prototypes, artistic approach is a plus; • Customer/Service driven mindset; • Excellent planning and communication skills including proficient writing; • Previous experience in the position UX and/or UI Designer on Software development – no need to be a developer/Computer Scientist - but its is mandatory a bachelor's degree; • Advanced English.
