Job Description
  1. Lead team and align team members on tasks, way of working & design process
  2. Understand the project requirement brief from stakeholders (Problem statement, business, and user goal, priority, etc.)
  3. Plan design sprint & task estimations
  4. Solid understanding of design process, UX design & exceptional UI design skills
  5. Interact with stakeholders to discuss task progress and queries
  6. Tracking multiple project statuses and sharing with PMs
  7. Align Sanjith with his tasks and work with him whenever he needs (We brainstorm and exchange ideas a lot)
  8. Individual contributor (Design executions - Multiple projects)
  9. Discussion with tech leads and developers (to understand implantation issues/challenges)
