Our client is an international design studio based in the UK and Hong Kong. With innovative design and leading design concepts, the firm has been making constant breakthroughs in architectural design and interior design, including residence, F&B, hospitality, retail, and so on. 

They are currently looking for HKIA/RIBA Architect with hotel design project experience to join their team to further grow its business. 

Qualifications:

– Master degree in architecture, HKIA/RIBA Registered Architect with 5-8 years’ working experience in large architectural design company; Candidate with RIBA Part 3 is preferred;

– With experience in big-scale hospitality design, high creative enthusiasm and strong design ability, responsible, dedicated with good team spirit;

– Understand the design, engineering and market in the construction industry, be familiar with local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards; good professional ethics, high professional dedication and teamwork spirit;

– Skilled in Rhino, AutoCAD，Tangent，SketchUp, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other common software.
