The position will be responsible for leading CQN strategy to design products which are tolerant to key Reliability and Quality issues; in order to predictably meet customer's expectations. This position is critical to optimize the competing engineering vectors associated with defect/reliability trends with progressive technology scaling and increasing levels of component level integration. In this role, you will be working on a leading edge Intel Client and Server products, being an owner of development and implementation of innovative architectural features that will improve product reliability, sustainability and resilience to potential reliability degradation and faults. You will be closely partnering with Product, SOC and IP architects, design and validation teams on developing those new features, validation, lab testing and field data analysis related to the feature performance. In addition, you will be working with system lab on establishing infrastructure and lab experiments to mimic feature performance and customer experience in the field. To successfully deliver on this role you will also need close collaboration with Technology Development team, Manufacturing team and Customer Enablement team. � Establish design/architecture for reliability features based on market segment requirements, product and process technology features. � Integrate strategy across Design, Architecture, Technology and Business Units to deliver compelling solutions for both Intel and Customer � Define Requirements across the Product Lifecycle to ensure comprehensive planning, validation, and integration of required Product Reliability Features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications � BSc/MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fields. 7+ years of technical experience in IP/SOC/platform design, validation, Q and R with demonstrated technical competency and leadership responsibility. Additional Qualifications � Strong experience in Platform/SOC/IP Design/Validation/Test/Qualification � Acquaintance and network with Design, Validation, Test and CQN teams in Intel � Strong knowledge in chip architecture and validation methodology � Strong problem solving capabilities � Technical leadership, collaborative networking, communication skills and a growth mindset � Experience in working with multi GEO/multinational teams
