Job Description

Job objective:
- Define the main purpose of the position by explaining in one or two sentences what the position does, within what context and what overall result is expected of the position.
- To be in charge of designing & developing all training & soft skills courses for agency leader developing at all channel (PA/LA/SA); Tracking system of TTT/transferring, certifying and tracking the implementation to all channel (PA/LA/SA) within the approved training road map for AIA VN.
- Be a Program Leader to be certified by Group/other professional provider (such like Limra; Gama…) to design and to customize for AIA Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

- To design the approved programs for developing agency leader at SA channel & working it out to other all channel (PA/LA)

- To work with other assigned staff /teams: In setting up e learning courses, especially video clips, soft skills and skill drill in the forms of online / e learning purposes (TDA)

- To provide on time reports:  to Head of designing / HOT for their final review of expected results according to AIA VN’s standardized qualifications and AT/AE road map.

- Leading training project end-to-end from designing to transferring knowledge & skill for Trainer and following post training:

  • Setting up time frame, coordination with relevant key stake holders to fulfill the assigned tasks

  • Setting up action plans for conducting TTT/Rehearsal and/or certifying the designed programs / courses to relevant conductors

  • Coordinating with other function teams like agent / TDA /AT/AD / Marketing or outsourcing vendors ect .. for understanding/grasping all designed courses in order to convert them into digitalized formats according to TDA / Ascend 200 strategy.

- Coordinating with RTM/Zone head, champion members in providing development plan for new AT/AE staff & To provide coaching / demonstration of desired delivery skills for developing new AT/AE as required. Conduct training to support RTM/Zone head: at least 10 training days per year (Including TTT new training programs).

Job requirements:

  • University degree preferred pedagogy

  • Professional English is the must

  • Experience – At least 05 years in training at life insurance. At least 03 years involved in designing / quality functions and digital learning

  • Certifications/licenses – Preferred industry certifications (Limra/Loma)

  • Presentation, designing, delivery and communication skills are critical.
