Duties:

1. Design the new products based on the customer /sales information

2. Design the new competitive products based on the market requirements.

3. Research for new cost-effective material

4. Give advice on existing products design

5. Review tooling design before suppliers start making tools

6. Approve tooling/PSIRs

Requirement:

1. Engineering degree

2. Five years of switching mechanism design

3. Project management skills highly desirable

4. Proficiency in either Pro/Engineer or Solidworks

5. Good reading and written in English. Effective communication skills.

6. Experience at stamping / molding / electronics.
