5.对中国和德国的研发,销售，采购，质量，物流等其他部门的支持与合作；
6.竞争对手的监控和市场技术跟踪。

1.evelopment of a local for local linear motor module system for China. 
2.Successful transfer of product and know-how from Germany to China and establish a strong engineering network;
3.Provide LT smart solution to customer and provide technical support to sales;  
4.Working in international product development teams with people from different departments;
5.Support and cooperate with other departments in China and Europe like R&D, sales, purchasing, quality, logistic, production, etc.;
6.Monitoring and technical benchmarking of competitors.

1.有直线电机设计的工作经验；
2.大学学士（硕士）或者机电/自动化/通讯方面的高等学历；
3.熟练的英语（口头表达和写作能力）, 熟练德语者优先；
4.有 3D CAD 方面的工作经验（最好有使用Pro/E的经验）；
5.工作中有主见和独立的工作能力；
6.有出国经验者优；
7.学习能力强，能独立工作。

1.Experience with linear motor design engineering.        
2.Education: University degree (master) or above in mechatronics/automation/communication technology engineering;
3.Fluent in English (verbal and written); Proficiency in German preferable;
4.Experience from 3D CAD systems (preferable Pro/E);
5.Self-motivated and independent working capability;
6.International experience preferred;
7.Fast learner and able to work independently.
