The Company.

Our client is a reputable group with a wide range of properties in Hong Kong. To support the company's continuous growth and expansion, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Assistant) Building Surveyor for their assets in Hong Kong.

The Job.

• Maintenance, repair and upgrading of the building fabric, plumbing and drainage installations
• Preparation of the budget reports, recommending maintenance and improvement strategies
• Controlling tenants' fit-out works and performing in a supervisory role.
• Handling fit-out works and repair/refurbishment projects
• Preparing tender documents and monitoring contractors’ works
• Preparing and implementing corrective and planned maintenance schedules

Skills & Experiences required.

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Surveying or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in Maintenance &Operation or A&A projects
• Team players
• Candidates from Building consultancy firms are welcome
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
