The job is to develop manufacture test strategy for new products, which requires the application of in-depth
knowledge of manufacture test processes, flows, requirements and procedures.
 Design and document manufacture test strategy flows and processes in a detailed manufacture
process level.
 Lead Cross Function teams and manage manufacture test strategy delivery.
 Establish and deliver Manufacture Test Requirement Specifications (MTRS) through cross-function teams.
 Set and manage MTS KPIs and deliverables for each development phase.
 Work as the contact window between design teams and manufacture teams.
 In-depth knowledge of structural test methodologies, such as Flying Probe, In-Circuit Test,
Boundary Scan, etc.
 In-depth knowledge of Functional Test methodologies of Intel x86 architecture and Linux test
environment.
 In-depth knowledge of Stress Test methodologies and modeling, such as Burn-In,
Environmental Stress Screening, Vibration, etc.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
 More than 5 years’ experience in manufacture tests or related areas.
 Excellent leadership skills in a cross-functional team environment.
 Excellent communication skills with varying levels of audiences both written and verbal.
 Excellent problem-solving skills.
 Ability to size development and testing efforts and duration.
 Strong knowledge of change management process.
 In-depth knowledge of IT product development phases
 In-depth knowledge of design quality and manufacture quality and DFx.
 In-depth knowledge of manufacture test processes’ and requirements’ design and development.
 Experiences in manufacture test methodologies in structural testing, functional testing and
stress testing.
 Experiences in project management is a plus.
 Experiences in test diagnostic coding is a plus with C, C++, Python scripts and Java.
