Job Description
- Involved from preliminary design, keep close communication with German designer, LDI, technology and other demanders. Responsible for the intensive day meeting arrangement and chop& sign of all parties
- 在初步设计阶段，与德国设计院、本地设计院、工艺部门及其他需求方建立密切联系。负责会议的组织及白图的签署
- According to project targets, assist to develop detailed design schedule and control design progress to meet the execution requirements of tendering and construction
- 根据项目目标，协助制定详细的设计计划，控制设计进度，满足招标和施工的要求
- Assist to prepare tendering drawing and model document
- 协助准备投标图纸及模型文件
- Assist to arrange design technical clarification and BIM model, construction management platform explanation
- 协助安排设计技术澄清,以及三维模型和施工管理平台的讲解工作
- Assist to coordinate design problem during the construction, such as RFI, material and construction method approval. Based on the BIM system requirement(if necessary), check the received document from construction CO., coordinate LDI update the drawings and model according to the RFI
- 协助协调施工期间的设计问题，例如信息询问单、材料、深化图、施工方案审批，收集各方的设计需求，并根据BIM系统（如需）的需求审查施工单位的报审文件。协调设计院对日常的信息询问单进行整理，定期进行设计更新和记录
- Track design progress, coordinate and resolve questions
- 跟踪设计院的设计进度并协调解决出现的问题
- 协调各参与方解决BIM实施在设计过程中出现的BIM问题
- Work with document controller on drawing management
- 与文控配合管理图纸
职位要求
- 大型厂房设计（协调）经验不低于8年
- 流利的英文/中文书写及口语能力, 大学英语4级或以上
- 良好的人际沟通及团队管理能力
- 具有BIM设计管理经验
- 具有BBA项目管理经验者优先
