The successful applicants will report the Head of Department undertaking all projects. The challenge is to ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality. Specific responsibilities include: overall project planning, material vetting, drawings checking, co-ordination with Consultants/Contractors and works progress monitoring.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies
• Minimum 8 years in Consultants, Developers or Building contractor for the Building projects
• 3 years or more on working experience in Architectural Consultancy company is advantage

Personal Specification

• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
• High Professional Conduct and Integrity
• Computer knowledge for AutoCAD is advantage
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Willing frequent travel to or stationed in Macau or Overseas
