Responsibility

• You will attend client meetings and provide design directions, you will be responsible for all design administration, managing costs and timelines with the onsite Key Account Manager, and ensuring the clients’ needs are met at all times.
• Provide branding and strategic design, adaptive design development with Client’s Brand and Marketing team with support from onsite Senior Designer and Key Account Manager
• Manage design meetings and take brief from client with Senior Designer
• Attend meetings with PPM/Onsite technical team to provide design support in taking brief on any creative/ adaptation work requirements
• Provide precise briefing to minimise rework and work closely with onsite designer to ensure delivery of design/ meeting client’s expectations and budget
• Manage timelines and resource planning
• Partner with onsite Senior Designer to deliver the client projects ensuring timely delivery and quality designs. When required to reach out to offsite team for further support depending on the brief and fees.
• Ability to scope and negotiate for accurate fees and timing for optimum results. Address lead time concern with client and design team to meet client’s timing and key milestones
• Be an expert in the strategic and adaptive design scope and rate card
• Prepare creative brief, status reports, job closure, invoice requirements with support from Key Account Manager
• Support Regional/ Account Manager or Directors for deliverables
• Working with the Brand and Marketing Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt to changing situations to meet established schedules
• Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Brand and Marketing Team to prevent them
• Performs other task as assigned by the Company from time to time when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in graphic design or marketing
• Minimum 10 to 12 years plus experience in branding and design, packaging, FMCG and project management
• Experience working with international and global brands on new packaging and packaging refresh designs
• Shopper marketing knowledge in Packaging, In-Store, Marketing, Point of Sale is important
• Business development in growing key client accounts and exceeding targets
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Adobe Design suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dimensions and Sketch Up
