Requirements:

• Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in handling residential projects
• Strong in liaison with various consultants to execute architectural design for residential projects; and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
• Good knowledge in property design management with strong ability in design coordination for architectural / structural / M&E / interior design
• Good commercial sense and with update knowledge of architectural design trends and techniques
• Familiar with local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards; good professional ethics, high professional dedication and teamwork spirit
• Strong ability to raise solid comments & improvements to the architectural design, plans and proposal from consultant team
• Leading professional team to ensure the progress and the quality of the project life cycle;ensure design briefs and functional requirements are met during the whole design and project management process
