Key Responsibilities

Managing project design and specifications at all stages (feasibility study, master plan, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction, structure, as-built)

• Advising management on options and alternative designs, materials, fittings, fixtures, etc.
• Advising on design requirements, codes and practices in China
• Liaising with external consultants, internal business units, external business partners, local authorities, contractors and suppliers
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Skill Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in disciplines related to design , engineering and/or real estate
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the Qualified Design Institute and/or Foreign Design Firm , with at least 3 years in managerial position
• Civil & Structure Background, familiar with design codes of Foundation, RC structure, Steel Structure, better knowledge of geotechnical engineering.
• Design experience for Industry/Logistics Building.
• Working experiences with foreign companies would be an advantage
• Knowledge of English language would be beneficial
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Mature and independent, and must be a team player
