Job Description

• Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or equivalent with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design firm, 10 years for the Design manager role
• Refined experience in designing hotel, hospitality, F&B and retail projects, ideally previously working for the client (client side).
• Possesses understanding of tendering process from project inception and assist with the preparation and execution of tender documents.
• Assisting in day to day management of consultants, including project team and external parties, architects, contractors, suppliers to ensure that all client’s expectations are met.
• A team player with willing attitude, confident to express design opinions and recommendations.
• Peer review of design schemes, design and operational briefs.
• Ability to provide technical and services advice, review interior planning and documentation, maintain project work plans.

Requirements

• Qualification in interior design, project management or equivalent.
• Design Manager with over 10 years of experience in the design field with focus in the luxury hospitality and residential market.
• Combines deep industry knowledge with experience in client interface, design briefs, hotel planning, project design reviews and team coordination.
• Experience at executing projects as a team leader (for Design Manager) with creativity and integrity as key values.
• High level communication skills displaying excellent client relationships, ability to cooperate effectively with extensive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
