Responsibilities:

- Interior design to office and commercial buildings in Hong Kong and Greater China.

- Spatial planning, design development, Materials selection and recommendation

- Prepare tender drawings and construction package

- Lead the design meetings with Client and Contractors

- Contract administrative works; and day-to-day communication and reporting works

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline.

- Good in AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray and Photoshop.

- Initiative, Proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

- Min. 5-8 years' relevant experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant.

- Solid experience in office interior projects; design and build experience takes advantage.

- Good team spirit and experienced in liaising with contractors.

- Good in documentation and reporting.

- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
