Responsibilities:

• Interior design to office and commercial buildings in Hong Kong and Greater China.
• Spatial planning, design development, Materials selection and recommendation
• Prepare tender drawings and construction package
• Lead the design meetings with Client and Contractors
• Contract administrative works; and day-to-day communication and reporting works

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline.
• Good in AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray and Photoshop.
• Initiative, Proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
• Min. 5-8 years' relevant experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant.
• Solid experience in office interior projects; design and build experience takes advantage.
• Good team spirit and experienced in liaising with contractors.
• Good in documentation and reporting.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
