1. Work with client to discuss the site plot design possibilities
2. Discuss URS with different user teams
3. Prepare design brief and inputs
4. Track the design progress, solve design open issues
5. Organize value engineering works to balance functions and costs
6. Review the design deliverables regarding code compliance, user functional compliance
7. Prepare the track the authority permitting progress

1. University degree in Pharma Engineering, HVAC, or equivalent
2. At least 10 years working experiences
3. Having the design or design management experiences on pharmaceutical R&D or Bio Clinical Line, or familiar with CMC Lab design is high preferred
4. Both design institute and management consultant are preferred
5. Ability to manage and motivate a design team is a plus
