• Overview a design team daily responsibility and organize the resources.
• Lead the new design projects and keep it moving forward smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform AC-DC , DC-DC Switching Power Supply circuit design, testing and verification.
• Communicate with internal Mechanical, thermal, power systems design and SW team and external customers
• Identify cost saving opportunity for existing productions.
• Highly involved in new business opportunities development.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and assure routine problems correctly solved.

• BS in EE or power electronics, MS preferred
• 10+ years in designing, debugging and testing switching mode power supply
• Proficiency in using engineering design tools-Modeling and simulation, tool Mathcad.
• Deep understanding of SPS design process, familiar with SPS engineering procedures.
• Versed in power magnetic, analog, digital design for SPS
• Strong knowledge of UL/IEC Safety Compliance.
• Good English communications
