Responsibilities :

• Project planning, interior design and project management;
• Tendering, contract administration and cost control;
• Liaison with government departments and service users on project funding;
• Coordinate with service units, consultants and contractors on the project implementation;
• Carry out site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant statutory requirements / design standards;
• Develop innovative and user-friendly design solutions.

Requirements :

• Degree in Interior Design, Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in design and project management in building, addition & alteration, interior design/fitting-out projects;
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other project management software;
• Passionate to improve the living environment for the elderly and needy;
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
