Requirements:
1. Leadership/Managerial experience;
2. Project management and production experience in a digital or integrated agency, or internal agency;
3. Ability to accurately track and clearly communicate status and progress;
4. Familiarity with standard software project management methodologies, work-flow and tools;
5. Thorough understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed;
6. Image production for web, mobile, motion, and print;
7. Ability to work on a global team across time zones, with an understanding of cultural nuances;
8. Abachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field required;
9.Experience: 5-7 years of experience with project management, preferably in a in-house, agency, or design studio.

Skills:
1. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with attention to detail;
2. Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills;
3. Proficiency with spread sheets and databases;
4. Experience with project management software, Adobe Creative 4. Suite, and web content management systems;
5. Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly;
6. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision;
7. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
