In this position you will be part of design quality and reliability (QnR) group supporting CPU and Hard IPs. You will be responsible for design QnR verification and execution of QnR simulations in the design phase, as well as being involved in developing design QnR methods, flows and tools. Establish overall partnership with design and design automation teams and with technology QnR partners. Key tasks include project management, providing technical guidance to design teams in areas of quality and reliability verification, executing pre-silicon design QnR modeling, correct-by-construction, and to assess risks associated with design/process marginalities and drive resolution with partners.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in EE/Physics (2-5 Years of experience) or M.Sc./Ph.D. in EE/Physics.
• Knowledge in analog/digital design methodology or Knowledge in device physics.
• Knowledge in the areas of device aging, Interconnect Reliability, ESD, and LU is a plus.
• Experience in programming/scripting language such as Python, Perl, is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a team environment, and to manage multitasking.
